These Terms and Conditions explain the basis on which London Quartz Worktops supplies materials, prepares quotations, arranges templating, installs worktops and manages orders. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Natural variation and quotation guidance.
Materials
Stone, quartz and similar worktop materials can naturally vary in shade, colour, veining, pattern and finish. Samples are intended as a colour and style guide only. Where a single piece cannot be cut from one slab, joints may be placed in the most appropriate position.
Quotes
Any online quote, kitchen-plan quote or estimated price is provided as an accurate guide based on the measurements and information you supply. Final pricing is confirmed after templating, and may change if measurements or requirements differ from the original information provided.
Deposits, balances and price changes.
Payment terms are set out clearly to ensure each order can be processed, fabricated and installed efficiently.
- An initial deposit of 30% is required when the order is placed
- The remaining balance is due on confirmation of the installation date
- Prices may be adjusted if supplier costs, duties, taxes or specification details change
- If a published price is incorrect due to an error, the correct price will be confirmed and you may cancel the order
Processing time
Delivery and fitting lead times are given as approximate timings and can depend on templating, access, site readiness and material availability. While every effort is made to meet estimated dates, delays may occur and cannot always be guaranteed against.
Typographical errors
If a product or service is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical error or pricing information issue, the order may be refused or cancelled. If a deposit has already been paid and the order is cancelled for this reason, a refund will be provided.
What must be in place before fitting starts.
Cabinets and site readiness
Before templating, all cabinets must be level, properly braced and fixed securely in place. Temporary work surfaces should be removed before templating and installation begins.
Sinks, hobs, taps and final positions
You must know the final positions of sinks, hobs, taps and other fittings before templating. These details, together with cut-out sizes, overhangs and splashback requirements, remain the customer’s responsibility where advised by the customer.
Wall gaps, plaster and tolerances
Slight tolerances in overhangs, thickness and finished positioning can occur. Walls are rarely perfectly straight, so natural wall gaps may appear after installation. Some plastering or making-good work may be required after fitting.
Changes after templating
If any cabinets, walls, hobs, taps, sinks or other elements are changed after templating, the finished product can be affected. Additional work needed to correct this may be chargeable.
Disconnected appliances and fittings
Before templating and installation, sinks, hobs and taps should be disconnected where necessary. If this has not been done, additional charges may apply if our team needs to carry out or arrange that work.
Important order and ownership points.
Ownership
All materials supplied remain the property of London Kitchen Worktops LIMITED until full payment has been received and cleared.
Customer responsibility
Measurements, cut-out positions and site readiness details supplied by the customer must be accurate. Liability cannot be accepted for incorrect information provided by the customer or for changes made after templating.
